Collet Forming Punch Plate Ø3–19mm, 17° – Jewellery Stone Setting Tool

A steel collet forming punch plate for making and adjusting conical stone settings. The plate has 13 round conical holes from Ø3 to Ø19 mm, each angled at 17 degrees, and comes with a steel punch shaped to match the same angle.

Use it to form, stretch, reduce or reshape collets so they fit your stones accurately. Place the collet in the right hole, position the punch carefully and tap gently with a hammer. For best results, anneal the collets first and work the size down gradually through the holes.
