Jewellers Saw Frame 3" (80mm) – Piercing Saw for Jewellery Making

An adjustable 3" (80 mm) jeweller's piercing saw frame, suitable for all your sawing jobs and great for beginners. Use it to cut sheet metal, pierce out shapes and saw intricate filigree designs.

The frame is made from rigid, wear-resistant steel and is lightweight, with a comfortable black varnished wooden handle. The top clamp slides along the frame so you can fit blades easily and tension them tightly, and the thumbscrews are easy to grip and hold blades firmly. It takes both flat and spiral saw blades.

Tips

Fit the blade with the teeth pointing down towards the handle, and tension it until it gives a high 'ping' when plucked.
