A set of five tuning forks with grip handles at 128 Hz, 256 Hz, 512 Hz, 1024 Hz and 2048 Hz, the octaves of C, supplied with a silicone mallet and a storage pouch. The grips give a comfortable, secure hold during use. Choose the set with a tuning fork activator if you would like a second way to start the vibration. This range is popular for sound practice and meditation, and the same frequencies are also used in clinical and teaching settings.

The forks give rich, clear tones and the silicone mallet gives a clean strike. The spread from low to high lets you work with deep, slow vibrations through to bright, high tones in one set, and the pouch keeps everything together for storage and travel.

How to use

Hold the fork by the grip and tap the prongs lightly with the mallet or on the activator. You can hold the vibrating fork near each ear to listen to the tone.

Care

Hold each fork by the grip, not the prongs, and strike it gently with the mallet or on the activator rather than a hard surface. Wipe clean after use and store in the pouch to protect the tuning.
