Three-step ring bending and bail making pliers, often called wrap and tap pliers. One jaw is a stepped barrel with three diameters, so you can wrap wire around the step you need and get perfectly matched rings, bails and loops every time.
The other jaw is a half barrel coated in plastic, which holds the wire without scratching precious metal. The pliers are brushed stainless steel with a box joint and PVC-coated handles for comfort and good leverage.
