A double-sided metal texturing hammer with a chequered pattern on one face and wide stripes on the other, for giving jewellery and other metalwork a distinctive finish. Lay sheet metal on a flat steel block or anvil and strike sharply to transfer the pattern.
Made for non-ferrous metals including silver, copper, brass and gold. The hardened faces (48 HRC) stay crisp, and the patterns become more interesting the more the hammer is used.
