Conner #1 Gem & Stone Setting Pliers – Jewellery Repair Tool

Conner #1 stone setting pliers with hooked jaws. One jaw supports the stone from underneath while the other pushes prongs or metal over, so you can tighten and set stones in a single grip.

They replace the usual beading tool for many everyday setting jobs. There is no need to hold the piece in a ring clamp against the bench pin, or to fill a fragile piece with shellac. They can also hold stones (culet to table) while you heat-set them into wax models.
