Round Jewellers Saw Frame with Wooden Handle – Jewellery & Craft Tool

A sturdy jeweller's saw frame with a rounded back, for piercing and cutting sheet metal and fine detailed work. The 11-gauge steel frame stays rigid under tension, so the blade runs straight and true.

Quick-change thumbscrews make fitting and replacing blades fast, and the blade lock can be set up for left- or right-handed use. The deep 4-1/4" throat lets you reach well into larger sheets. It takes standard 130 mm saw blades, which are sold separately.

Tips

Fit the blade with the teeth pointing down towards the handle, and tension it until it gives a high 'ping' when plucked.
