Three-step concave and round nose pliers, also known as coiling pliers (and as coupling pliers by model railway builders). One jaw is concave and the other has three round steps, so you can make loops in three set sizes while the concave jaw supports the wire and prevents marks.

The pliers are carbon steel with a box joint for lasting alignment, a smooth brushed satin finish and comfortable PVC-coated handles.
