Texturing Hammer – Chequered & Wide Stripe Patterns for Jewellery Making

A double-headed texturing hammer with a chequered pattern on one face and wide stripes on the other. Place sheet metal on a flat steel block or anvil and strike sharply to stamp the pattern into the surface.

It is made for non-ferrous metals such as silver, copper, brass and gold. The faces are hardened to 48 HRC, and the patterns develop more character the more the hammer is used. A quick, simple way to give finished pieces extra flair.
