A pair of NS Crafts weighted tuning forks at 136.1 Hz and 128 Hz, often sold as a Schumann frequency set, supplied with a mallet and a leather storage pouch for each fork. Choose the set with a tuning fork activator for another easy way to start the vibration.

Both forks are made from aluminium alloy in a silver finish, with weighted heads that give a long, steady vibration you can feel as well as hear.

How to use

Hold the fork by the stem and tap the weighted head gently with the mallet or on the activator. Place the stem on the body or hold the fork near the ear to feel and hear the vibration.

Care

Hold each fork by the stem, not the prongs, and never strike it on a hard surface. Wipe clean after use and store in its pouch to protect the tuning.
